Your ability to pickup any language depends upon your affinity towards learning the new language. Acquiring a command over the French language is not too difficult if you know the right way to learn and are prepared to work at it.

But remember, there is no magic formula for learning how to speak French. It requires time energy and patience. However there are certain techniques which will make your language study more efficient and thus help you to learn French more easily.

The two main aspects of language study are learning and practicing, and they go hand in hand. Memorizing the words won’t do any good so practice over the language is essential to excel in a particular language.

For learning French faster spend the time taking French classes often available at your local community center or at a reputed learning center. This can sometimes be a problem due to the cost though.

Another way of learning French fast is to take up online french classes. Concentrate on vocabulary, pronunciation and grammar, and verb lessons in a French for beginners course.

Watch online videos available for learning French quickly. Online videos can act like a quality best tutor for teaching French, and are surprisingly effective.

>> Click here for the #1 French language course online

For acquiring the lovely French accent listen to spoken French everyday.

Listening to French radios and watching the French channels on television will help you to get used to the rhythms of the French speech, even though it will be difficult to understand at first.

Listen to all kinds of French music, you may not understand all the words but your subconscious will be working anyway.

Watch French movies while watching subtitles your mind will unconsciously work on decoding French.

Read French newspapers and magazines regularly, taking the time to try and understand what you are reading. Over time this will become easier.

While reading articles make note of the words you don’t know then try to find the exact meaning and pronunciation of all those words after completely reading the article.

Have a thirst for learning the new words and try to include them into your regular conversation.

Find French speaking friends. Communicate with them frequently. Consider those friends as mentors and try to get a control over the language as soon as possible. This has become far easier with the popularity of the internet.

Enjoy yourself and remember – learning does not have to be a chore.

All these factors will be made easier when you are learning from a quality French language course. The course I purchased and consider to be an excellent way of learning French, can be found by clicking the link below.

With careers and life becoming global, speaking various languages is now empirical. This is seen in people who go out of their own country to migrate in other countries like in some parts of Canada and Europe who speaks French. They find learning French as not only interesting and a must for migrant families but it leads to other career opportunities for professionals such as teachers, engineers, nurses, care givers, and other professions.

>> Click here to get started learning French online today

There are several ways to learn the language however to learn French online is the easiest and most applicable to almost every learner worldwide because of its accessibility as long as you have an internet connection and a computer. You just enroll with any of the online schools you are comfortable with and for sure you may enjoy your lessons. Each online school has their own strategy and approach to the lesson. Some offer free sample lessons and if you find their strategy easy to understand, you may enroll with them. Still others offer huge discounts for beginners and other incentives like support systems with the use of their online library for their students.

To learn French online has no prerequisite so that anybody interested in learning the language may enroll. What is good with online learning is the flexible time you choose. If you wish your lesson to be conducted after your work or in the morning, you may do so. In addition, you may take your time in doing your modules and other lessons without the pressure of rushing. Tuition fees also vary depending on the number of lessons the online schools offer.

While some people may prefer to get a French speaking tutor to teach them one-to-one, the costs are often prohibitive. There are possibly classes you can take but you can be faced with the problem of people learning at different speeds. If you are a fast learner you might want to progress quickly, whereas other class members might want to revisit the same things they are struggling with. This is always an issue with mixed groups of language learners.

If you are interested in learning French for a job role then investing in the best course is wise, considering the long term benefits. Professionals who wish to find work in French speaking countries are found to have an edge over the other applicants because for sure they will not experience language difficulty in their work and in their environment in general. Learning the language also gives you the freedom to teach other members of the family or friends.

I would recommend you take a look at the Rocket French course and see how effective their training can be. They also offer a free course to get you started and it is well worth trying.

French like English can be difficult for beginners with its silent letters, multiple sounds for a single letter, and several exceptions to rules. Pronouncing correct French can be tough, especially for people who use English as their primary language.Though there are quite a few words from French that are commonly used by many of us, to be a good speaker in French requires good practice and understanding of the language.

Few commonly used words and phrases are adieu, rendezvous, au revoir, bon appetite and so on. Now, just imagine how bizarre it would be if someone pronounces “rendezvous” just as it is spelled in English. It would probably cause quite a lot of confusion, even to an English speaker, because we are used to this phrase being used. So you can see, learning the correct pronunciation is a very important aspect of studying a language for a beginner.

In French, the consonants at the end of the words are usually not pronounced. There are exceptions to this rule too. Consonants that are pronounced at the end of a word are c, f, r and i. The main difference between English and French pronunciation of consonants is that in French, the consonants need not be stretched. They need to “break” and then the vowels are pronounced more prominently.

In the beginning, speaking French for beginners might be quite tough. To make it easier, it’s important to start with a checklist of the things you want to learn first. If it is for holiday abroad, you can learn a few dishes, greetings, way to ask common questions and so on. If, however, it is simply an interest, you can start by reading small phrases in English and reading the corresponding French version. Note the differences while doing so. Also, ensure you grasp the right pronunciation of the words.

Once familiar with them, try using a few words and phrases in your normal conversations or at least try doing so in your mind. Repetition is major factor in a language learning process, so the more you get used to saying the words and phrases, the more naturally it will come to you.

But just repeating common phrases over and over will not be enough to make you fluent. You often become proficient at these phrases but then the find it difficult when you need to have a real conversation in French. There are many ways around this though, such as word games, actual conversations with others, and even watching French movies with no subtitles.

Consistency, commitment, regular study and practice are the key factors of success for learning French, and as a beginner, this can actually be the most rewarding time as you quickly see your French skills improve.

If you want to get started learning French then I highly recommend you take a look at Rocket French. It is one of the most effective ways to learn French, while being fun and absorbing at the same time. CHeck it out at the link below:

Find out how you say hello in French, along with other grammar you will need to communicate with other French speakers.

As with most languages you actually have a selection of options when it comes to saying hello in French. The most obvious and commonly used option is bonjour (bohn-joor). This translates as ‘hello’ or ‘good-day’ and you can use it at during the daytime. If it is evening time though, you would replace it with bonsoir (bohn-swar), which means good evening.

A less formal option you have is salut (sah-lew). This might be used between friends and people you are more comfortable with and would be similar to ‘Hi’ in English.

Another, perhaps less common option to say hello in French, is coucou (koo-koo). You will hear this less often but, again this is a very informal way of saying hello, and is fairly popular as an opening in emails, for example.

That is all you really need to know to say hello in French, and these will probably be the most common phrases you use if you are learning to speak French.

How do you say goodbye in French?

Again, you have more formal and informal options available to you.

Au revoir ((oh-rv-wahr) is the most commonly use phrase to say goodbye. You could also say salut (sah-lew), the same as hello, if you being informal.

To say goodnight you would use bonne nuit (buhn-wee).

If you would like to learn more French then I would recommend reading about the Rocket French course. It is an excellent way to learn French if you do not want to feel like you are in a classroom, and want a more exciting and interesting approach. Read more by clicking the link below:

Find out the best way to learn French so you can start a real conversation in French in 30 minutes. Just what is our #1 French program?

As someone who is a lover of languages I am often asked, “what is the best way to learn French?” So many people would like to learn to speak French, or any language in fact, but are reluctant to get started because it can be quite a daunting experience.

Many people have already tried one of the traditional ways of learning and found that they failed. A huge number of households will have some old French Speaking CD’s lying around getting dusty, and the idea of digging them out and starting again fills you with dread.

But it doesn’t have to be this way…

You can easily learn French using more up-to-date methods and it will not feel like a chore. And that is not to say that the old ways don’t work. Learning from a French teacher, for example, is a great way, but many of us either have no access to a teacher or simply can’t afford the classes.

But in terms of home study, the best way to learn French has to be using a multimedia program that makes things as easy as possible. This will include audios, videos, written work, fun games and much more. This is far better than just reciting some phrases from a CD and trying to commit them to memory.

You might recall trying to speak French when you were younger and having to spend time grasping complex language systems and when to use the formal terms etc. Well, by using a modern learning system you spend more time speaking the language and these concepts are allowed to sink in naturally. The result is that you are far more likely to be proficient and fluent while speaking to a French person, than if you had spent countless hours learning the structures.

Why is this?

It is because you start to speak and learn French in the way you will use it, instead of thinking in English and translating it in your head. And this is the point you will want to reach as quickly as possible…being able to speak fluently without needing to do a realtime translation from English to French.

Which program should I use?

There are various program that can help you to speak French but the one I personally recommend is Rocket French. It is available as a home study course and also online so you can start immediately, and it follows the learning structure I outlined above. You will be able to save some money with a cheap CD set but, in my opinion, this will probably leave you frustrated.

It really is difficult to learn French from a book or a basic CD program, whereas Rocket French is a complete multimedia program so it always keeps you interested and enjoying the process of learning a language.

In my opinion Rocket French is the best way to learn French, unless you can afford a private tutor of course, and you can access it below:
